I am a Clinical Psychology PhD student and I am so excited to be part of the Dal community and the CaSH lab!
I lived in Vancouver, British Columbia and San Francisco, California before pursuing a psychology specialist degree at the University of Toronto. This is where I not only began to really love research, but also where I developed a passion for mentorship and removing systemic barriers for students and youth. In grad school, I hope to continue exploring how our emotions (and the ways we manage them) can influence our intimate relationships.
I am also passionate about formal logic, poetry, the deep sea, really spicy foods, and increasing access to mental health and safety resources.
